Our Policy


We understand that, occasionally, things happen; however, last minute cancellations and late arrivals impose a great inconvenience to the business, as we do not schedule clients within the same hour. A 24 hour notice is required if you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment. Failing to give a 24 hour notice for a cancellation will incur a $25 fee to your account. A no call-no show will incur a $40 fee to your account.

Late Arrivals

If you are more than 15 minutes late you will lose your appointment and be asked to reschedule or be worked in as a walk-in. We firmly believe in the value of your time and make a conscience effort to avoid long waiting periods in the salon. As a courtesy, email or text messages can be sent for appointment reminders. However, it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid lateness, missed appointments and cancellations fees.


We welcome walk-in customers. Walk-ins may experience a longer waiting period, therefore appointments are preferred.


We love children. For safety and comfort to all salon guests, kids are not allowed in the salon unless they are being serviced. It is our goal to offer a relaxed and professional atmosphere. If you are unable to make childcare arrangements we will reschedule your appointment.

Professional Hair Coloring

All fees for services rendered are expected upon completion of services. During a FREE consultation we will be more than happy to discuss services to be rendered and all charges and fees prior to servicing you. Please note: Credit for salon services is NOT available. We accept Cash, VISA, MasterCard and American Express.
